Mark Cantarella of West Chester, Pennsylvania, received $2,000 for his freshman studies in Economics and Political Science at George Washington University in Washington, DC.

An avid Radio Control sport flier, Mark participates in many fun flys. He also uses his Telemaster 66 to give flight demonstrations and lessons to scout and community groups. He is a past member of the Simi Valley (California) Fliers and a current member of the Chester County (Pennsylvania) RC Club

As a 4.0 student at B. Reed Henderson High School in West Chester, Pennsylvania, Mark was involved in the Student Government Association, the National Honor Society, the Spanish National Honor Society, the school newspaper, and the debate team. He was also active in the Catholic Youth Organization and the Boy Scouts as a Senior Patrol Leader.
